The All-American Athletes

The All-American Athletes

Many Asian Americans, while born and raised in the United States, are often still seen as ‘foreigners’, and 'less American’ than their white counterparts. Remarks like “Go back to where you came from”, or “So where are you really from?” are often still made.

So when a record number of Asian American athletes became the face of Team USA at the 2018 Winter Olympics, I created a campaign that reminded people of the fact that being American has nothing to do with skin color or race.

Because while these athletes may have Asian features, they are without a doubt, 100% All-American.
